Public authorities and services, as well as third parties (natural or legal persons) to whom the Data will be disclosed for the execution of the Agreement or the exercise of special rights and obligations (e.g. accounting software companies, crm etc.) are defined as Recipients.
NXCODE will process the Data for as long as the Contract exists and/or after its termination or termination in any way, as long as it is required for the execution / exercise of individual contracts / rights or the harmonization with the obligations of the current legislation .
Log files
nxcode.gr follows a standard procedure for using log files. These files record visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies make this a part of their hosting service analytics.
